Non-traditional Applicants

 

From my perspective, a non-traditional (or slightly non-traditional) applicant is one who:

May be 23 or 24 years old to 52+ years old; or
Has been out of school for a couple of years; or
May be a reapplicant with no access to undergraduate pre-med advising.

Generally "non-trads," as alumni, do not have access to pre-med advising at their undergraduate institution .

I receive many inquiries asking if I work with non-traditional applicants.   ABSOLUTELY.

Nearly 90% of my clients are non-traditional/older applicants, either:

Considering their suitability for medical school;
Working on becoming a viable/competitive applicant; or
Beginning, or in the middle of, the application/interview process.
